RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

a. Return and exchange of products can be arranged if the products delivered is in damaged, defective condition, or expired.

b. We are dedicated with our best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered, products shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to shoppers together with proof of purchase.

c. Shoppers are required to contact our Customer Service to report on the return order within three (3) working days upon receiving of good(s) or request will not be eligible to process.

d. Shoppers shall state reason of return (Wrong product, damaged product, expired product, missing item in order).

e. Shoppers will bear the shipping cost for returning the products.

f. Return and exchange shall only be applicable for online orders only.

h. Shoppers shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at the shop as above mentioned. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. Shoppers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

We will be doing our best to come out with a solution. Do give us some times for it.
